At the end of 2020 Law firm Client Relationship Management (CRM) specialists, NEXL, surveyed a cross section of lawyers and legal professionals from around the world to ask how they were tackling business development, how COVID-19 had impacted their practice, and their plans for 2021.

They also tapped the shoulders of ten leading business development professionals from the global legal industry to share their insights, and outlook for legal BD this year (and I was fortunate enough to be one of them.)
