In 2020 nearly all of my engagements were conducted remotely - either by video or by phone. And they worked really well. Clients saved time without compromising on the quality of advice and meetings could be scheduled instantly (no need for those back and forth emails). While the pandemic influenced the way ideas could be executed, the business development themes remained constant being either strategy for practice development or approaches for executing an idea.
