More than 1,000 Lawyers trained in Business Planning

College Of Law's Legal Practice Management program

In 2015, I'll again be facilitating the strategy and business planning sessions as part of the College Of Law's Legal Practice Management program. NSW lawyers undertake the program to obtain their unrestricted practicing certificate.

My session includes example business plans, strategies for establishing or growing a practice, and the role of marketing and sales in legal practices.

This is the third year in row I will have had the honor of teaching lawyers, partners and practice owners about how to plan for success through the College of Law course. And, if my calculations are correct, I reckon that I would have trained more than 1,000 people over that time.
